McKeesport welcomes new member to council

McKeesport ushered in 2024 Wednesday night with a fresh face and three familiar faces on council. Incoming Councilwoman Amber Webb and incumbents Richard Dellapenna, LuEthel Nesbit and Keith Soles were sworn in by District Judge Thomas Brletic. Webb takes over the seat previously held by Tim Brown, who did not seek reelection in 2023.
