Donora council elects Cindy Brice as president

Donora Council swore in three new members and elected new leadership Tuesday night. Incoming council members Jim Brice, DeAnne Pavelko and Casey Perrotta were sworn in by Mayor Don Pavelko at the beginning of the brief meeting.
