Jean Ellen Miller, 88, of White Oak, died on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023. She was born in McKeesport on Sept. 28, 1935, and is the daughter of the late John and Helen Kersch Mains. She is the wife of the late Thomas G. Miller Sr. She is survived by her children, Thomas G. (Patti) Miller Jr. of White Oak; Susan (David) Braum of Uniontown; Maryann Miller of McKeesport; David (Michelle) Miller of Lexington, Ky.; LeeAnn (Doug) Beitko of White Oak; a combined 22 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Kathy (the late Lynn) Berringer of Montgomery, Texas. In addition to her parents and spouse, Jean was preceded in death by her twin sister, Joan Davis; sister, Patricia Niedzwecki; and brother, John Mains. Family and friends will gather from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan 3, 2024, at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES INC., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024, at Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Angela Merici Church, 1640 Fawcett Ave., White Oak, PA 15131.
