John A. Koussonmbus – Monessen

John A. Koussonmbus, 50, of Monessen, passed away on Dec. 23, 2023, after a long-term illness. He was born March 30, 1973, to the late John R. and Anna M. Dean Koussonmbus. John enjoyed wrestling, video games, bingo and casino visits. Surviving are his sister, Kim Koussonmbus; nephew, Joseph and Chanele Evans; great-niece and great-nephew, Maci Alexander and Chase Evans; an aunt, Dorothy; cousins, Susan and Kathleen; stepmother, Patricia Koussonmbus; and best friends, Ryan Chucuddy and Jermaine and Jason Allen. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to RHOME FUNERAL HOME INC., 1209 Grand Blvd, Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Friday. The Koussonmbus family would like to thank the Waynesburg Nursing Home staff and Concordia Hospice for their care of John. Also, thank you to Adam Gillingham for his assistance with John.
