James R. Otrosina – Monessen
James R. Otrosina, 70, of Monessen, passed away on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, in Allegheny General Hospital. He was born on April 25, 1953, in Donora, the son of the late William and Veronica Balogh Otrosina. Jim was retired from Corning Glass in Charleroi. He is survived by his wife Debra (Ritscher) Otrosina; three children, Joyce, James and Holly Otrosina of Monessen; three brothers, Bill (Judy) Otrosina of Georgia, Craig Otrosina of Monessen, Barry (Yvett) Otrosina of Maryland; his sister, Janelle (Ernest) Halgas of Monessen; and nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023, at DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES, 441 Reed Ave., Monessen. Services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2023, beginning at 10 a.m. with Pastor Albert Bashur officiating. Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery.
