Donald Flower, 73, of Rostraver Township, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023. Born in Rostraver Township on March 1, 1950, he was the son of the late Thomas and Isabell T. Tomlinson Flower. Donald was a school bus driver, was a member of Fells United Methodist Church and the Rostraver Lions Club. Donald also worked for the Rostraver Public Library and was a great collector of books. He is survived by his brother, Thomas Eugene Flower of Rostraver; sisters, Gloria Luzca of Monongahela, and Karen Ferencz of Beaufort, N.C.; numerous nieces and nephews, including Ken Crissman of Rostraver, Kathy Brady and Kelly Santo. A celebration of life for Donald will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to JAMES C.
