Slow start dooms Trojans in early showdown

The California girls basketball team saw its losing skid hit four games, falling at home to Chartiers-Houston, 45-36, in the Section 4-2A opener for both teams. The Trojans were plagued by a slow start and trailed at the half, 25-12.
