Kimberly Twigg Rendina, a cherished resident of Perryopolis, passed away on Dec. 8, 2023, unexpectedly and surrounded by her daughters, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and unwavering strength. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter and friend whose impact on the lives she touched will forever be remembered. She is survived by her husband, Tony Rendina; her two daughters, Ambrielle Robinson (Manoel) and Sierra Twigg (Damien Fidel); her granddaughter, Mariella Robinson; her parents, Bill and Betty Twigg; her brothers, Shawn Twigg and Todd Twigg; and several nieces and nephews. Born in Altoona, Pa., and raised in Perryopolis, Kim found the most joy and fulfillment in her role as a mother to her two daughters, Ambrielle and Sierra. The pride she felt in their accomplishments and the joy they brought into her life were immeasurable. Her granddaughter, Mari, held a special place in her heart, being the radiant light that brought immense happiness and warmth to her life. The special bond they shared was evident in the laughter, joy, and love that radiated whenever they were together. Known for her enormous heart and boundless generosity, Kim was a beacon of support to everyone around her. Even in her own times of need, she never hesitated to extend a helping hand. Her love knew no bounds, extending not only to family and friends but also to animals, with a particular affection for creatures of the forest. Kim had a presence that lit up every room she entered. Her larger-than-life personality, accompanied by a robust voice, had the magical ability to bring smiles to faces and laughter that echoed with joy. She was a force to be reckoned with, leaving a lasting impression on all fortunate enough to share in her vibrant spirit. As a lifelong resident of Fayette County, Kim was a dynamic and enterprising individual. Throughout her life, she engaged in several different businesses, always seeking new opportunities to stay busy and make a life for herself and her kids. In her most recent role as a pharmaceutical delivery agent, Kim stole the hearts of nurses and patients alike. Her dedication and warmth endeared her to everyone she encountered, leaving a mark of compassion and care in the hearts of those she served. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kim was a devoted daughter who visited and cared for her parents every day. Her culinary skills were a testament to her love, as she delighted in cooking and baking for her family. Her love extended to her two beloved dogs, Roman and Remy, with Roman faithfully accompanying her to work every day as she delivered scripts to nursing homes. Kim loved fiercely, lived as a force of nature, and was the life of every party leaving behind a tapestry of cherished memories and a legacy of compassion that will endure in the hearts of all who knew her. Visitation and memorial service to celebrate Kim’s life will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, followed by services at 1:30 p.m. at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATIONS LLC, 191 Liberty St., Perryopolis, PA 15473. A celebration of life will continue at the Sons of Italy after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Fayette Friends of Animals in Kim’s honor. Condolences accepted at the funeral home’s website, www.parzynskifuneralhome.com. May she rest in peace, her spirit forever alive in the love and laughter she shared with us all.
