White Oak works to balance budget

White Oak Council held an extensive workshop meeting Monday night centered mostly around its proposed budget for 2024. Ideas for balancing the budget will be discussed further during next Monday’s combined workshop and regular meetings. A special meeting is set for Dec. 28 to approve the final document.
