4-year-old’s shooting results in charges for local couple

The parents of a Rostraver 4-year-old who accidentally shot himself in July have been charged with endangerment. Michael Andrew Lynn, 37, and Laura Catherine Steele, 32, were arraigned Monday afternoon before Magisterial District Judge Wayne P. Vlasic in Monessen and are both being held in Westmoreland County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bond.
