Micheal G. Mahoney II – Rostraver Township

Micheal G. Mahoney II, 48, of Rostraver Township, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2023 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born in Trenton, Mich., on Sept. 7, 1975. Micheal was a self-employed electrician and was an active member of The Christian Center Church in Rostraver Township. Micheal was free-spirited, had a big heart and lived life by his own terms! A people person, he made friends with people from all walks of life. Micheal was a Michigan Wolverines fan, loved riding his motorcycle and loved his daughter, Delanie, more than anything else in the world. He is survived by his mother, Lois T. (Sacherski) Mahoney; daughter, Delanie Jade Mahoney of California, Pa.; and sisters, Nicholene (Dr. George) Monios of Latrobe and Lisa (Troy) Robertson of Fayette City. Micheal was the proud uncle of Tyler Hall, Anthony Monios, Micheal Monios, Joseph Monios, Etta Robertson and Kree Robertson. He was preceded in death by his father, Micheal G. Mahoney, in 2005. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, at James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com. Family and friends are asked to meet at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 15, at The Christian Center Church, 130 Charity Lane, Rostraver Township, for a funeral service with Pastor Tim Burgan officiating. Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.
