Kay Bergmark – McMurray

By Mon Valley Independent

Kay Bergmark, 82, of McMurray, passed away on Dec. 6, 2023, a loving mother of Wendy Bergmark, cherished grandmother of Zoe and Rezon Sanchez, and sister of Maxine “TuTu” Sutovich and niece Laurie Sutovich. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Maxine Farnsworth of Monessen, Pa.; husband, William Bergmark; sister, Barbara Farnsworth; brother- in-law, Ronald Sutovich; and nephew, Daniel Sutovich. Kay was an avid lover of dogs and had many throughout her lifetime that she is eager to reunite with. She worked for many years as a hair colorist for Jeffrey Allen Salon, where she developed lifelong friendships and a clientele who adored her. Kay lit up a room with her smile, engaging blue eyes and had a warm personality that was inviting to all. Although she is no longer with us, she will live on through each of us as we remember her through our favorite memories and stories. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, Dec. 15, 2023, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m.
