Ronald E. Bullard of Monongahela passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 29, 2023. He was born on Jan. 27, 1953, to the late Flozell Cook and Rebecca Smart Cook. Ron was a family man who loved and was devoted to them. He graduated from Clairton High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. He was a self-business sales trainer and consultant and started the Bullard Insurance Agency, where he was the general agent and manager. Ron was also in the United States Marine Corp, where he attained the rank of first lieutenant. His interests and hobbies included sports and helping kids achieve. Ron leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife, JoAnn Bullard; son, Ronald (Tiffani) Wiggins of Monroeville; daughter, Starr Wallace (Allen, Sr.) Wright of McKeesport; brother, Phillip (Betty aka “Princess”) Cook of Las Vegas; sisters, Gayle Cook of McKeesport and Cynthia Cook (Greg) Walker of Cleveland, Ohio; six grandchildren, Evander Wright, Allen Wright Jr., Infinity Wright, Serenity Wright, Ronald Wiggins II and Raven Wiggins; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his daughter, Rona Bullard Green; and a sister, Patricia Bullard. Visitation for family and friends will be from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023, with services to follow at noon with the Rev. Frank Sloan officiating at Free Indeed Church, 401 Second St., Monongahela, PA 15063. Interment will be at Fells Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to WILLIAM R. TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 645 McMahon Ave., Monessen, PA 15062, 724-684-4877, Trudy L. Taylor director in charge.
