Free haircuts and more at Snips & Sneakers

Stylists from neighboring salons have come together to give fresh new looks — and kicks — to students at Monessen Elementary Center. A space inside the Full Potential Project building in Monessen, next door to His Place Coffee, Community and More, has been transformed into a professional salon that will be used to offer free community haircuts to area youths.
