It will be a new era for the Yough girls basketball team in 2023-24 as Brian Znavor takes over the head coaching duties for the program.
“I am excited for this opportunity,” said Znavor, who is a Norwin graduate. “I have been around the Yough athletic community before, and I know what kind of support system they have here. We have a young group this season and they are eager to learn.”
Znavor was the Yough boys basketball coach in the early 2000s and also had coaching stops with the Elizabeth Forward boys’ team, as well as the Norwin ninth grade and junior-varsity boys.
