Traffic signal to be put at fatal crash site

Nearly two months after the tragic death of a 15-year-old girl on her way to Serra Catholic High School, an expedited plan has been formed to install a traffic signal at the accident site. Samantha Kalkbrenner, 15, was killed Sept. 20 when her school van was involved in a crash at the intersection of Richland Avenue and Third Street in Dravosburg.
