Forward Township Supervisor Chairman Tom DeRosa is hardly a man of few words. With no items to be voted on Monday night and a new oversized laminated sign defining fiscal issues hanging behind the supervisors’ podium, DeRosa took a few minutes and a no-nonsense approach to address allegations and rumors he believes are being made about him and how the township operates online.
