Walsh reelected as DA

Washington County District Attorney Jason Walsh secured a full term Tuesday night with a convincing win. “This is a landslide victory from the voters,” Walsh said. “This is a mandate from the voters that they want me to continue doing what I’m doing, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.” With 100% of precincts reporting, Republican Jason Walsh earned 61% of the vote and his Democratic challenger Christina DeMarco-Breeden took home 39% in unofficial results.
