Washington County DA, judge sued

In December 2022, a Donora man was subpoenaed to testify regarding a murder at Bob’s Tavern and immediately said he pleaded “the Fifth” to avoid self incrimination — he was found in contempt of court and sentenced to five days in prison. Elijah White, 24, was subpoenaed as a witness in the preliminary hearing for Keaundre Crews, 29, of Charleroi, who is accused in the Oct. 10, 2022, shooting death of Jaisen Irwin. Maurissa Spencer, 24, of Library is also accused in the homicide case.
