Marion Elementary PTA collecting used costumes for next Halloween

Halloween might have just passed, but it’s never too late to start planning for next year. Belle Vernon Area’s Marion Elementary Parent Teacher Association is hoping students and parents will help out their peers for next Halloween, as it’s holding a drive throughout November for costumes to be used in a year.
