Charleroi personnel actions must be repeated

Charleroi Borough council will have to ratify two decisions made at last week’s recessed meeting to make sure they fall within the guidelines of the Sunshine Act. During Wednesday’s meeting, several motions were made to fill positions in a few areas in the borough, but only one of the original motions was given any attention as two new motions took center stage.
