Monongahela library hosts evening of scary stories

Members of the Horror Writers Association’s Pittsburgh chapter regaled an audience of more than a dozen people with bizarre and macabre tales Thursday night at Monongahela Area Library. Six scribes took turns reading aloud excerpts from their novels, poems and other musings.
