The Lord called Sharon M. Foster, 70, of Monessen, home on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023.  She was the beloved daughter of the late Gladys Mary Foster and was born to her on Thursday, Jan. 29, 1953, in Monessen. Sharon was a very fun-loving, determined person who enjoyed her family, friends, and in her free time, she enjoyed watching her sitcoms. Sharon was a dedicated worker who spent her career working for Sunoco. Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Mary Foster; aunts, Helen (Leslie) Jackson, Darlene (Joe) East and Crystal Foster; uncles, James Sonny Foster, Clifford Foster, Donald Foster, and Floyd Foster. She leaves to cherish her memory brother, Robert Foster; uncles, William Jackie Foster and Daniel (Leah) Foster; as well as many loving cousins and friends. The viewing will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, with celebration of life service starting at 11 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 230 Reed Ave., Monessen, Pastor Bishop Karl Jackson giving the eulogy. Celebration of life has been gently placed in the hands of HOUSE OF JACKSON MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 546 Thompson Ave., Donora, 724-379-5420.
