Monongahela prepares to line street with jack-o’-lanterns

As it has for the last several years, Main Street in Monongahela will soon be illuminated by dozens of hanging jack-o’-lanterns for the city’s Halloween festivities. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m Saturday, Monongahela Main Street Program’s eighth annual pumpkin carving party, Avenue of the Hanging Jack-O’-Lanterns, will take place on the deck at Dead Head Winery, located at 300 Second St.
