Neighbors call attention to state of NBV property

Residents who live on or around Hill Street in North Belle Vernon attended Tuesday’s council meeting to discuss a few problems in their neighborhood — primarily blight that is affecting their homes, property values and lifestyle. Nearly a dozen residents who attended the meeting are primarily concerned with a property located in the 400 block of Hill Street.
