BVA rallies, beats EF in five sets

The last time the Belle Vernon Area and Elizabeth Forward volleyball squads met on the court, it went to five matches. Thursday’s meeting matched the same teams on a different night but with the same result. The Leopards were two points away from losing in the fourth set, but rallied back with a 7-1 spurt to end the fourth and then took the fifth set by five points for a 3-2 triumph over the visiting Warriors in a critical Section 3-3A contest.
