Mon River Arts to present ‘Oliver!’ the musical

Mon River Arts will continue its season of musical performances by bringing Victorian England to the Mon Valley with Lionel Bart’s “Oliver!,” a musical adaptation of Charles Dickens’ “Oliver Twist.”
“Oliver!” will begin its two-weekend run on Friday at the Grand Theatre, 207 S. 2nd Ave, Elizabeth. Show times are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and Oct. 13-14, with matinees at 2 p.m. Sunday and Oct. 15. Tickets are $22 for adults, $18 for seniors and students. Tickets can be ordered online at www.monriverarts.org.
