Kenneth E. Stile – Perryopolis

Kenneth E. Stile, 66, of Perryopolis, passed away Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, at his home with his family by his side. Born Sept. 12, 1957, in North Charleroi, he was the son of the late Robert Glenn Stile Sr. and Geraldine Kerr Stile. A resident of Perryopolis for the past 41 years, Ken was a retired truck driver from Pittsburgh Fayette Express and West Rock Transportation. He loved to hunt at Cook Forest, watch auto racing, was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan and participated in the Make-A-Wish Truck Convoy for many years. He is survived by his wife, Lois Gibson Stile, whom he was with for 41 years; two nieces, who were like “daughters,” Tina Minton of Perryopolis and Holly Keffer and fiancé Steve Gollihue of Perryopolis; brother and sister-in-law, Dave and Sandy Stile of McKees Rocks; two sisters, Beverly Harash, Florence Stinogle; and four “grandchildren,” Jaden Gollihue, Albert Gollihue, Jay Minton Jr. and Alona Minton. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Stile Jr., and Bill Stile; and two sisters, Shirley Inman and Donna Stile. Private family visitation and funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 2, 2023, with Pastor Lee Maley officiating at Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, family owned and operated, 191 Liberty St., Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515.
