Clifford Carlson – Carroll Township
Clifford Carlson, 69, of Carroll Township, died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, at Monarch Meadow in Uniontown. He was born Nov. 18, 1953, in North Charle- roi, son of the late Clifford Carlson and late Rosemarie Beres Carlson. He was a 1971 graduate of Ringgold High School and 1974 graduate of California University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He taught in the Ringgold School District for a couple years after which he spent 20 years at Fox Grocery as a shipping supervisor. He was a member of the Donora Elks and the Mon Valley Country Club. Cliff was an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman. Surviving to cherish his memory are his two sisters, Karen Strickland of Carroll Township, and Patricia Livingston of California, Pa.; brother, Ted Carlson of Donora; nieces, Amanda and Kayla; and nephews, Eric, Alex, Chad and Donnie; and several great-nieces and nephews.
