N. Charleroi hires firm for building permits and inspections

With code enforcement in full swing in North Charleroi — and visible improvements being made — council decided Monday to help further compliance efforts. Middle Department Inspection Agency, based out of Wexford, was unanimously approved to handle building permits and inspections. There will be no cost to the borough because the company collects its own fees.
