Charleroi budget workshop is delayed again

A rescheduled workshop to talk finance has again been postponed in Charleroi. Council originally intended to invite the public to an open discussion among council for the borough’s 2024 spending plan on Sept. 11, but because of scheduling conflicts it was pushed back so more members could attend.
