Charleroi approves agreement with company to provide code enforcement

Charleroi may be getting closer to finding someone to help tackle code enforcement in the borough after being without a full-time officer for more than a year. Council had hoped to begin looking for someone to fill the position earlier this year, but the search proved to be difficult.
