Driver sought in West Elizabeth accident

Elizabeth Borough police are looking for a woman in her 60s or 70s who drives a black Buick Encore. According to Elizabeth Borough police Chief William Sombo, the Encore struck a mini electric scooter ridden by Nicholas Shoemaker, 36, and his 3-year-old daughter Friday night on Robinson Street in West Elizabeth.
