Equipment problem delays sewer project

A problem with a piece of equipment means the work on a sewage project on Third Street in Monessen will stop until Monday. Bob Nedzesky, chief engineer at WEC Consulting Engineers, said Wednesday there is an issue with the Municipal & Contractor Sealing Products video van, which scopes out the sewer lines that are being rehabilitated citywide.
