Jaguars survive Falcons’ effort

The Connellsville boys soccer team played a strong game Tuesday night, giving visiting Thomas Jefferson all it could handle in a tough Section 3 (3A) contest at Connellsville Stadium. Unfortunately for the Falcons, one small stretch of time proved to be the difference between a win and a loss as the Jaguars punched in two markers in the closing minutes of the opening half on their way to a 2-1 victory.
