Leopards still look like champions

The defending WPIAL and PIAA Class 3A champions posted a convincing road win to begin their title defenses Friday night. Penn State recruit Quinton Martin finished with four total touchdowns, and Belle Vernon Area’s tenacious defensive unit refused to allow a score in a 40-0 victory over Laurel Highlands in non-conference action.
