Forward Twp. sues over wastewater system sale

Forward Township has filed a lawsuit against the Elizabeth Borough Municipal Authority and four other parties regarding the sale of EBMA’s wastewater system for $28 million earlier this year. The suit was filed on behalf of Forward Township July 31 by Pittsburgh-based attorney Maurice A. Nernberg. It names the EBMA, Elizabeth Township, Elizabeth Borough, Lincoln Borough and Pennsylvania American Water Company.
