Mary Olivio Cardelli – Belle Vernon

Mary Olivio Cardelli, 94, of Belle Vernon, died on Monday, Aug. 21, 2023, in Mon Valley Care Center. Born in Monessen on Jan. 22, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Angeline Scofol Olivio. She was a member of Epiphany of our Lord Roman Catholic Church and the Italian Mutual Aid Society. As a young woman, she worked at Eastgate 11 and later in life retired after 30 years from Rego’s Restaurant in Charleroi. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Peter A Cardelli. She is survived by two sons, Jerry Cardelli of Pittsburgh and Mark Cardelli of Belle Vernon; and a daughter, Darlene Cardelli of Belle Vernon; one granddaughter, Cara Marie Iacoboni and husband Wade Peart of Belle Vernon; and a great-granddaughter, Vaelyn Peart of Belle Vernon. Per her wishes there will be a private family visitation and funeral service followed by burial in Belle Vernon Cemetery. DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC.
