English classes help Valley refugees adjust to new home

The Literacy Council of Southwestern PA has a big job. But like the people it serves, the council is resilient in its mission to help those in need. That helping hand has most recently been extended to refugees in Charleroi, as the literacy council expands its English as a Second Language courses at Presbyterian Church of Charleroi.
