Open house held at new substance recovery unit

Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital will unveil the new, one-of-a-kind CNX Foundation Substance Recovery Unit this fall, but a preview of the unit was offered during a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house Thursday evening.
