Forward Twp. joins Vacant Property Recovery Program

Forward Township has implemented a new program to help residents secure and maintain vacant properties. During Monday’s meeting, supervisors unanimously passed a new resolution to participate in the Vacant Property Recovery Program administered by Allegheny County and the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County.
