Washington ready to host another PONY League World Series

The PONY League World Series has been deeply rooted in the county of Washington, PA, since its inaugural year back in 1951. The baseball league gave 13 and 14-year olds an opportunity to play competitively between Little League and Legion ball. About 400 players have gone on from playing in the PONY League to earning a spot on an MLB roster.
