A memorial service for Howard Andersen Decker, 74, of West Newton, who died Friday, May 5, 2023, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, Pa. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:15 a.m. Following entombment and military honors at the cemetery, there will be a celebration of Howard’s life at the home of Eric and Evonne Henderson, 30 Yancosky Road, Charleroi, PA 15022. For those attending from a distance, there is a block of rooms available at Best Western Garden Inn, 101 Gosai Drive, Bentleyville, PA 15314, 724-239-4321.
