Duaine E. Davis, 64, of Charleroi, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2023, with his family by his side. Born on March 2, 1959, Duaine was the son of the late Harold W. Davis and Faye (LaRew) Davis, who survives. A graduate of Charleroi High School, Class of 1977, Duaine worked numerous jobs, but enjoyed his life on the road as a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, playing pool, and his sense of humor was what his friends and family will miss the most. Surviving to cherish Duaine’s memory are his three sons, Brandon (Tori) Pergola, Matthew (Ashley) Davis and Joshua (Rosalyn) Davis; his mother, Faye Davis; two sisters, Janet Sholock and Susan Davis; brother, Michael Davis; three grandchildren, Aiden, Dean and Freya; cousins, Terry “Bub” Johnson, Lisa Johnson, Stacey Johnson, Jimmy Franks, Michelle Franks and Dean Franks; his aunts, Linda Johnson, Darla Crawl, Joanne Jones and Edna “Eddie” Lucanni; and his uncle, Russell (Dixie) LaRew. He is also survived by his fiancé, Lisa Caster and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received from noon to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 15, 2023, at HOGAN-MELENYZER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, PA 15022.
