Architect eyes improvements to Chess Park

Ayaka Matthews wants to keep an eye on Chess Park in Monongahela. In coming months, the landscape architect and city resident will work in conjunction with West Virginia University to study the park and exchange ideas with residents to potentially polish the local gem.
