Monongahela: Carroll Twp. man objects to cease and desist letter

A local man raised objections Monday over a cease and desist letter from Monongahela’s solicitor that claimed the man falsely represented himself as a city official in neighboring municipalities. During council’s monthly work session Monday, Carroll Township resident Frank Gambino denied the allegations made against him in the letter.
