4-year-old shooting victim makes progress with recovery

A 4-year-old boy is recovering after suffering an accidental gun shot wound to the head Thursday at his home in Rostraver Township. According to the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s office, police received a call from the boy’s parents around 11:44 a.m. to say they had found their child, Ronnie Lynn, with a gunshot wound inside their home.
