Donora addresses concerns with rental properties

Donora council discussed a number of ongoing property management issues Thursday, occasionally targeting specific homes and problematic landlords. One unnamed landlord became the topic of discussion, as council members cited multiple allegations of home neglect and lack of running water at his properties.
