Charleroi: Borough manager’s status still uncertain

Charleroi’s Right-to-Know requests will now temporarily be handled by the borough solicitor. During a recessed meeting June 28, an amendment was made for council to appoint a new RTK officer, a job previously handled by Borough Manager Matt Staniszewski, who was placed on an unpaid suspension June 14.
