Special Needs Learn-to-Play dek hockey program aims to inspire local athletes

Bill’s Dek Hockey has started up its Special Needs Learn-to-Play program and is hoping to inspire more to join this summer. Neil Morris, director of hockey operations at the Rostraver Township rink, says it’s an opportunity for players to compete in an structured setting.
